A Daze Host is a student of integrity and good character.
They find themselves as a support for their student, during their stay at the weekend and beyond. They guide their student through the complexity and diversity of UGA. From campus life, student interaction, classes, faculty and extracurricular activities to what it means to be a minority at this institution, a Georgia Daze Host helps bridge the gap between perspective students and the world of UGA.
As a Host, you represent yourself, Georgia Daze, the Office of Institutional Diversity and the University of Georgia. You serve as an ambassador of this institution, showing prospective students what the University of Georgia has to offer. A place where students excel in and out the classroom.
